We had a new track along with curtains…

We had a new track along with curtains made and fitted probably over 5 years ago by Bells Blinds and were delighted with them. Recently one side of the track has needed slight attention, basically wear and tear … Phoned Bells Blinds for their advice. Within days they have resolved the issue despite us purchasing so long ago!! Cannot recommend enough or be more impressed and grateful!! Many thanks

Mo was very polite and understanding. He showed a great level of professionalism and was punctual. He had shown us various colours and designs and explained the price differences too. From start to finish Mo was fantastic. Knowledgeable about his work, enthusiastic and extremely professional. The samples were great and allowed me to pick exactly what I was looking for, he explained the difference in the blinds and their functions so I had ones that would work the best for my home. Very pleased with my blinds

Very pleased with my blinds for my bay windows. High quality finish and look. We decided to go with the frames that fit into the windows with no drilling. Wasn't disappointed, would recommend. Good service by Mo who kept us up to date whilst the blind were being made and fitted everything quickly. Would have him back again in future for my kitchen blinds as well.

I was very impressed with Mo’s friendliness professionalism and honesty, he recommended the type and quality of blinds we were looking for and I can not praise him enough. Mo arrived to fit them but he wasn’t happy how they had been made so without hesitation he took them away and had them remade, because of the inconvenience he also had another set of blinds made for another window free of charge. Best price and service. Worth every penny. Thank you Mo,we will definitely use Bell Blinds again.

Very impressed by Bell Blinds. Mo proved to be an enthusiastic, knowledgeable conscientious and kind young man who listened to what I was saying I wanted and was able to offer sensible suggestions. I ordered cassette style black-out blinds for my bedroom windows and they have proved to be first rate, on all counts. They were delivered and fitted promptly. No fuss or bother. Very impressive.

Pushy sales technique and low quality goods!

I don’t usually leave bad reviews but this time I felt I had to given the money I spent. I had window blinds fitted by this company after a pushy sales pitch but I thought oh well that’s just how salesman are. The fitting date came and they fitted the blinds and off they went. All was fine until I had some work done on a few failed double glazed windows and the window repairer removed the blinds. He removed them carefully whilst i watched to ensure no damage was done and he showed me that the fitter had cut corners and only put 1 screw where there should have been 2! To make matters worse the hole that was drilled for the screw plug was too big and the blind had been held on a quarter of the screw length than it should have. At this point I was fuming and flabbergasted so I tried calling the company to no avail. The window repairer kindly refitted the blinds with the correct number of screws and ensured they were solid at no additional charge. Updated 09/03/2023 - Don’t be fooled by their polite response saying a Senior member will call. As far as I understand it is a 1 or 2 man operation fleecing the public!

Quick, professional and great customer care

Mo was able to supply us with roller blinds that not many other people could - from the mechanism to the materials. The time it took from the initial consultation to fitting was circa 1 week which was really impressive. Other companies take circa 3-4weeks. Mo prioritises customer needs over anything else. He is very flexible and will go to all lengths to meet the customer needs. He’s polite, trustworthy and respectful. Will deffo recommend Mo to others

Had conservatory blinds fitted today by Mo. Everything was smooth since the start. He gave us great advice on what's best based on our situation and not just offering us the most expensive blinds. Brilliant service as well as perfectly fitted blinds! Bell Blinds have gone above and beyond, exceeding my expectations. We called to have measurements taken for four blinds supplied and fitted, this was this was booked at a time best suited for us. Having looked through the endless samples and designs on Bell Blinds social media, we decided to go for something quite specific to match the new decor. Cut to the chase, the blinds were fitted within a week! A young man who takes pride in his business offering a tailored service, without the hefty price tag! Once again, Many Thanks!
