We had a new track along with curtains made and fitted probably over 5 years ago by Bells Blinds and were delighted with them. Recently one side of the track has needed slight attention, basically wear and tear … Phoned Bells Blinds for their advice. Very pleased with my blinds for my bay windows. High quality finish and look. We decided to go with the frames that fit into the windows with no drilling. Wasn't disappointed, would recommend. Good service by Mo who kept us up to date whilst the blind were being made and fitted everything quickly. Would have him back again in future for my kitchen blinds as well.

Pushy sales technique and low quality goods!

I don’t usually leave bad reviews but this time I felt I had to given the money I spent. I had window blinds fitted by this company after a pushy sales pitch but I thought oh well that’s just how salesman are. The fitting date came and they fitted the blinds and off they went. All was fine until I had some work done on a few failed double glazed windows and the window repairer removed the blinds. He removed them carefully whilst i watched to ensure no damage was done and he showed me that the fitter had cut corners and only put 1 screw where there should have been 2! To make matters worse the hole that was drilled for the screw plug was too big and the blind had been held on a quarter of the screw length than it should have. At this point I was fuming and flabbergasted so I tried calling the company to no avail. The window repairer kindly refitted the blinds with the correct number of screws and ensured they were solid at no additional charge. Updated 09/03/2023 - Don’t be fooled by their polite response saying a Senior member will call. As far as I understand it is a 1 or 2 man operation fleecing the public!

Quick, professional and great customer care

Mo was able to supply us with roller blinds that not many other people could - from the mechanism to the materials. The time it took from the initial consultation to fitting was circa 1 week which was really impressive. Other companies take circa 3-4weeks. Mo prioritises customer needs over anything else. Mo came out and measured up for 5 blinds on Tuesday 8th February. He had a fantastic selection to choose from. He arrived with his team to fit the blinds on Saturday 12th February. I must say the blinds look gorgeous, just stunning, superior quality & a perfect fit. Mo was super professional, helpful and extremely tidy with minimal mess which took 5 mins to clear. I couldn't believe the turn around assuming I would be waiting weeks for them to be fitted and not just 3 days. I would highly recommend Mo and will be using him again in the future.
